Financial Planning Services

Effective management of financial affairs requires extensive knowledge, organization, and constant vigilance.  Our firm provides a complete range of consulting and advisory services to help with the complexities of financial planning.  In addition to the CPA license, Rebecca holds Series 6, 7 and 63 securities licenses and a Texas Insurance license.  Rebecca is currently licensed to offer securities in Texas, California, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Kentucky, New Mexico, Oregon, Tennessee, and Virginia.  We truly care about our clients and strive to form lasting relationships with each of them by providing beneficial information, access to a wealth of resources, and a proactive stance in serving each client's needs. 

Our financial planning services include:

  • Retirement Planning - This includes handling your rollover and setting up pension or profit sharing plans.  We set up IRAs, ROTH IRAs, SEP IRAs, 401(K)s, SIMPLE IRAs and defined benefit plans
  • Estate and Business Succession Planning - We can determine your estate tax consequences and work with your attorney to devise the proper legal plan to minimize the tax.
  • Asset Preservation - Using life insurance, annuities, and long term care, we are able to protect your assets.

Tax Planning and Return Preparation Services

Accounting Services

We can design your accounting system at your office or prepare your accounting in our office.  We prepare monthly financial statements, called Compilations.  We also prepare your payroll tax reports and federal and state tax filings.  We do not audit or review financial statements, but would be happy to refer you and prepare your accounting for your auditor.
